Shipping

All time frames on this website are given as estimates and not guarantees.  Once an item is picked up by the shipper, it is the buyers responsiblity to track and contact the shipper.  Even though shipping carriers have increased charges (due to gas prices), we have managed to keep them down.  Shipping Charges for strollers includes insurance, awkward measurements of the stroller box, and are not negotiable.

Where We Ship?
USA 48 contigous states only.

When We Ship?
We ship Monday - Thursday, excluding major US holidays, and weekends
Packages are shipped within 3 business days of payment receipt.
Not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed items caused by the shipper. 

How We Ship?
Fedex is our preferred shipper due to their high service level and fast shipping times. FedEx tracking numbers are automatically provided in shipment notification emails.  
 
We do not:
Ship to P.O. Box's APO/FPO unverified pay pal address Allow local pickup (we have no retail location for customer pick ups) Ship collect or third-party billing.
